Have you thought about trying to meditate but weren’t sure how or where to start?

For someone who hasn’t developed a meditation practice the thought of starting to meditate can be intimidating. You might have the idea that mediation is wholly about clearing your mind and not thinking about anything. The type of mediation taught in this series is different. You are taught how to create mental images that keep you focused during your mediation. These mental images help clear your mind, body and spirit from external energies that can affect you on a daily basis, which in turn helps you to heal yourself.

In this (5) class series you will learn techniques on how to:

  • Protect yourself from outside energies 
  • Get energy flowing through your body 
  • Center yourself in your body for more neutrality 
  • Shift your energy instantly 
  • Manifest what you want into your life

Each week a new technique will be introduced which builds on the previous technique. By the end of the series you will have a meditation practice that will help you feel more centered, balanced, and will help keep your creative channels open and flowing.
