Staying On Your Path To Achieve Your 2018 Goals!

It’s a new year and many of us will set goals we want to achieve in 2018. That’s all well and good, but how often do you really see those goals though until the end of the year? The end of 2018 will arrive whether you accomplish your goals or not, so why not really set yourself up for success in the new year? Wouldn’t it  feel great to look back a year from now and see that a goal you set for yourself actually achieved?

Pick One Goal For The New year

How do you set yourself up for success? Pick one goal, just one that you can really dedicate yourself to achieving. If you accomplish that goal, then choose another to focus on. If you set too many goals you may get overwhelmed and give up on all of them. Or, if you have slightest doubt you will achieve a goal you are creating an energy block around that goal and it will be much harder to accomplish.

Become Present And Grounded 

One way to achieve success in anything you want to create or accomplish in life is to first create a personal practice of focusing your attention inward whether it is through mediation, yoga,Tai Chi, any practice that allows you to go inward and become more present. Studies have shown that the affects of these practices help physical ailments and depression, but from the aspect of creating or manifesting something in your life, these practices help you to become more present, grounded and calmer. When you are calmer you are less affected by outside influences and stressors that can throw you off course. By creating a practice where you go inside yourself you will be able to find your own information and answers. It’s very difficult to create anything in your life if you are spun out from stress, if you are angry or you are holding onto any negative thoughts, victim energy, or any energy in your life that isn’t serving you.

I think that you will find if you can devote 10 minutes per day to begin with and increase that time 20 to 30 minutes per day, whatever method you choose that will help you become present and grounded in your life, the rewards from that practice will be monumental. You will be able to create more, you will improve your health, relationships and release old negative and self- destructive patterns. Maybe a goal for the new year is just to get present and grounded and create a practice that will improve your life over all.
